Repair: Weishaupt WRD 1.1 heating controller

You place a repair order for the article in question.

The indicated delivery time indicates the time span after sending the device (by you) until you receive it back. This applies within Germany. Delivery times for other countries and information on the time limit calculation see shipping information

Procedure:

1. You trigger the repair order via our shop.

2. You will then receive an order confirmation with an attached repair form, which you must complete and enclose with the package.

3. You send us your defective device well packed to the address given.

4. After receipt the repair takes place immediately and afterwards we send your device back to you.
 

You receive a 2-year performance warranty.
